Cancellation & Returns
For Cancellations iTaxfair Support to be contacted by various method mentioned under contact us link. Please quote OrderID in all communications. It is advised that query is sent from the registered emailid.
Cancellation requests can be raised at any time before the shipping of the order.
Your order will be cancelled instantly and refund will be processed within 3 to 4 working days in your original payment method.
Following deductions will be made under Refund Process:
Cancellation charges : 0.5% of ordervalue Minimum of Rs 10/- , maximum upto Rs 50/-
Online Transaction Charges: 1.75% of total payment made.
Note GST paid during purchase will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation, after shipment of order , courier charges will be borne by the customer only.
